Happy March to All

We hope the early spring is treating everyone well and ya?ll are finding time for some paddling..

Tarkio Kayak Adventures headed to Chile this winter. There were many adventurous days on the Futaleufu and surrounding rivers. The scenery and the paddling in the Patagonia area are top-notch and we look forward to going back for more.

We have many exciting paddling opportunities in a variety of destinations in the months (and years) to come. Here is the latest update:

• Montana/Idaho annual summer season - (including the Main Salmon, Middle Fork of the Salmon, Lochsa and Youth Camps)


• Panama in November of 2008


• Chile during January 2009


• Bhutan in November 2009

As mentioned before, Tarkio has always been blessed with warm,charismatic participants and guides. Friends, old and new come together to share their love of adventure, rivers and the great outdoors.

We are looking forward to a warm, fun-filled 2008 Summer Season with outstanding water-levels.
