TRACY BOWERMAN

Tracy Bowerman is a veteran instructor at Tarkio; she has also been a lead instructor at Sundance Kayak School, Otter Bar Kayak School, and has worked with Prescott College. Paddling and environmental work have taken her throughout the US and Hawaii, Mexico, South America, Nepal and Tibet. Her knowledge and passion for wilderness and wild rivers makes her a respected team member. Tracy is currently working on a PhD in Watershed Science at Utah State University with the end goal to protect the rivers we all love. She still hopes to find time for an occasional trip with Team Tarkio.
