POLLY GREEN
Dedicated to her sport, Polly puts an immense amount of energy into her paddling. She has been paddling for the past 18 years and has been a large part of the Tarkio team from the beginning. She has paddled all over the world, was a US freestyle team member placing 5th at the 2003 World Championships, and filmed and produced the award winning kayaking documentary, “Nomads”. Currently Polly lives in New Zealand and teaches kayaking for Nelson Marlborough Institute of Technology and the New Zealand Kayak School. She most enjoys paddling the rivers on the amazing west coast of the South Island. Polly is also is a freelance videographer and oil painter.
