| Dunbar Hardy is a co-owner and lead instructor for Tarkio Kayak Adventures.
A patient and skilled communicator, Dunbar embodies the rare combination of formidable paddling
talent and great teaching skill. A worldwide paddler, photographer and writer, Dunbar’s adventures
have taken him to Canada, New Zealand, Latin and South America, Nepal, Africa, Morocco, Panama and
Bhutan. Dunbar’s skill and expertise in paddling as well as photography and writing are recognized
throughout the paddling community. Currently Dunbar is editor in chief of Kayak Session Magazine
and working on a book dedicated to Kayak exploration.
